iF this is this GZB WAP-7 30254, then what we are seeing is the TPWS (Train Protection & Warning System) from ANSALSO-STS. This is the Driver Machine Interface (DMI)of the unit. Is any other P7/P5 fitted with this unit too.

Looks like a digital speedometer and speed controller. But, not sure.
