Nice Livery! My first thought after looking thumbnail was that this is some industrial loco. Its a good thing that Vatva is trying out so many variations in liveries breaking monotony.

Binai, this was built as a WDM3B but recently upgraded by VTA to a WDM3D - presumably by adding the electronics it was missing. Regards, Dan Cross.
