The presence of concrete sleepers suggest that the photo is from 1980s, perhaps early- or mid- 80s?

18018 had hauled Howrah Rajdhani. Picture of this loco is a real treasure!

This picture was taken in August 1995. Concrete sleepers were not very common in this area but are installed here because of leakage of diesel fuel.
