Arzan from the looks of it, it looks as though the wammie is about to start its duties, and the crew are overseeing the coupling of the loco to the rake.

This is the loco for 8237/38 Chhattisgarh express from NGP to BSP. IMO, this must have brought Hatia-LTT group of trains to IGP.

@Ram, if it did bring in a train, why would it have its front panto raised. Also notice that the rear cab is in use as evident by the crew, and the Red markers - hence all seem to suggest that the loco's taking charge of the train, and that the coupling is in process. Sachin would be the best to confirm.

The loco is in-charge of Muzzafarpur bound Pawan express....
