@Abhishek The easternmost ticket window at Dadar's pf 6 entrance sells such card tickets even today. Anytime travelling from Dadar, I always buy ticket from that window. :-)

There is one window @ MLND too giving away card tickets. You must collect as many as possible and archive them

I believe such tickets have been made of recycled paper for at least the last 30 years?!
