I think this is Mahim. The tracks on the left side is the Harbour line taking you to Kings Circle station.

Was the Harbor line electrified before the main line?

Yes Milind, VT - Kurla Harbor line was first electrified in 1925, followed by Wadala - Bandra and then VT - Kalyan via Main line. BBCI was electrified in 1928.
