I dont think its paint, must be some kinda stickers pasted over the paint. Lets see how it looks after the stickers start peeling off.

I understand it is paint & not sticker. Railways does simple things complicatedly . no body can do a patch painting at later date to this livery

The green and yellow stuff is tolerable but what's with those blue streaks coming out of nowhere? It just spoils the entire livery!

yes it is painted vinyl film pasted on coach
The painting was digitally embossed on cast polymeric vinyl — a type of film that has good adhesive quality — by using the ultraviolet technique. It took eight days for the agency to stick the painted films on the outside of 18 coaches.
