So named because people from the Marathwada region primarily use it to travel to Aurangabad for the High Court sessions. In the timetables it is named as Marathwada Express. Runs as a Passenger between Aurangabad and Manmad.

what are those white poles\stumps on either side of the tracks? OFC line below? but why on both sides then?

Those white poles indicates the land belong to IR.
