The jumbo looks monstrous. It has been caught with several off-links in the past. In January, it was seen hauling 3005 mail at Dilkusha, see here

My guess is, it would have come from GKP/BSB side with any holiday Special to Mumbai till ET and from there it might have landed at BPL!
