Mandar, that chap was actually getting down after tying the green and violet coloured festoons on the face of the loco. I got a feeling that , there were a lot of splinter groups, who were celebrating the occasion in thier own way.

We may see WCAM-3 in AC Mode next year , but forget about seeing a WAP or WAM till next 2 years atleast beacuse for a WAP/M to run all the way the right from PF # 1 of Pune station to Pf # 13 of Mumbai CSTM , the whole line has to be AC which will obviously need time....By the way , AC fication of Pune-Vangani is the first step after that we may expect WAP/M to come in more 1 to 2 years. Correct me if I am wrong :)
