The train was one of the five Jayanti Janatha trains introduced in 1972. It was 81/82 Bombay-Cochin Terminus Jayanti Janatha Exp then. Extented to TVC during 1979, still called Jayanti Janatha. Lost it's name sometime later during 1980's. But people in Kerala still call it Jayanthi Janatha

I can see two overhead cables but I can see only one track, hows that possible

Its because of the angle of the camera when this frame was shot
