It looks like a Narrow guage train to me. One can clearly notice a ZDM series loco (looks like a ZDM-3A).

It is a ZDM series NG locomotive. To my knowledge, MG doesn't exist at NGP.

yes, it is NG....nagpur has (BG and) NG, which gets separate p/fs next to p/f 1......
