This is a recent transfer actually. Earlier three WAP4s from CNB made it to BSL which were different. BSL holds a lot of transfers from other sheds now.

Nanda Saheb, The Train in question is 7035 SC-SKZR Telengana Express. It seems you got confused between the destinations of 7035 and 2706, after having got drenched with several up and down trains.:-)

WAP4's in triple 2 series look monstrous. On seeing ex-Jhansi WAP 22267 even I got confused whether it's a WAP1 converted to WAP4.

I am not saying that other WAP4's look miniatures. All WAP4's have a class of their own. A few of these Ex- JHS, Ex-CNB, WAP4's are a little broader sideways, rock solid thick window grills which make it a overall big look. On that day, I saw so many BRC,HWH,SRC & some new version of BSL P4's too on that day at Igatpuri. But the ex-JHS beauty was the best of the lot. Also in some WAP4 pics, railfans specifically mention it as monster ED WAP4 in captions. Some new window grills which are attached to LGD WAP4's and WCAG1's really spoil the overall look of the loco. All I have to say you can well identify it by seeing the pic or seeing it live in all aspects (sideways or standing in a vertical angle next to the loco).

IMHO the latest WAP4 with its top headlamps makes me think that IR designed it based on a Rat trap shape. these old WAP1 look alike P4s are the most monsterous type for me!!
