Nice snap of the aging WAM-4. Great light on the train! How long is this rake?

24. Not even a single AC coach. A perfect Jan Sadharan. This is just like an overgrown MEMU ;-)

Lovely colors and a wonderful pic, Sid...dunno why MGS WAM-4s always look so dumb to me...

Bizzy, i think the reason why you find the MGS WAM 4's dumb is because you are too used to seeing ET or AJJ or BSL WAM 4's which have their respective streaks across the face of the loco. BRC and MGS do not share the same pattern so making it look a bit 'incomplete'!

"Oh God!!, How beautiful can the Picture get. Great lighting. and a perfect answer by Siddy to Bizzy's query. we folks down south are so so used to the lightning striped livery off the face of Wammie's. <colinpete>"

The break cables are present at the cattle guard level. Other WAM-4s have in the waist level. Thats why it looks like that.

Right, may be the absence of lightening stripes etc. as well as absence of the shed logo is making the central cream band look too blank / empty - Sandeep Bhate.
