Is TKD the only shed which doesnt feature the "R" suffix for its rebuilts...?

Deepak, i don't think this is a rebuilt. WDM 3C means that it is rated at 3300 HP instead of 3100 HP which are the WDM 2 or 3A's!

i think the rebuilt locos can easily be identified looking at their headlights...where in normal locos the twin beams comes in usual round plates.

if am right 17803 is a GTL Jumbo...but still when searched our server also found ED 3A in the same road no..2 locos with same no??is it possible?
