seems like the pantograph has been changed to the normal ones seens in the old WAP4s..

Are those mesh-like creatures on top DBRs? Yes, Alok, the overall finish quality has improved quite dramatically. Looks like WAP-5 has a positive effect on WAP-4 locos in many ways!

Yes doc, those are the DBR's. A question: What purpose do the red-yellow stripes serve? Is it just to keep away rust or is it meant for style? The P4 looks much healthier and powerful. Good job CLW. Nice picture mamu!

May be those stripes scare away crows who eat loco paint..lol.. Nice pic Mamu !Good lighting and constrasting colors !
