I do see both MG and BG over here...if that might help people decide....as for myself , I am not familiar with the place

If station was named "Idgah Agra" then a portion of station board towards bottom left resembles saying "Agra" in hindi.

have travelled in MG Vaishali from Siliguri to Lucknow Jn way back in 1979...didn't know it went uptill Agra..

I am sure that Harsh's identification of the train as the Vaishali Express is correct as we travelled on it from Agra to Kanpur on 25 Feb 1979.
