WDM-3A #16467R of New Guwahati (NGC), captured at Guwahati. After KJM's WDM-3A 16586R, it is the second WDM-3A I have seen in this unique livery. So, DMW, Patiala will be using this livery for its new rebuilts ? Experts comments are welcome !
