This is undoubtedly an ex-steam locomotive tender, probably from a WG or WP class. Note the roof section on the left which would have formed part of the cab.The original plating from the section that carried the coal has been cut away leaving the dip in the centre. Is this really a YP? This loco has a longer chimney, different headlamp position, missing smoke deflectors? Look at Krupa's pics in the other comment for comparision.
