This seems a little weird. Should'nt the train be running on the left line instead of the right? Or is this a section where they send trains in both directions on the same line?

The two "flatcars" are to prevent the loco from enter the tippler machine when pushing the last wagon into it.

The OHE section ends at Ore Yard which is about 2 kms from Tippler yard. The WDS-6s from VPT haul the iron ore wagons from Ore Yard to the Tippler yard.

Yes, where is the OHE? Maybe, in places where explosive materials are handled, electrics stop at a distance and after that, the shunting diesels take over. eg, in Cochin Refinery, Electrics stop about a km before the filling yard
