This LC has brought a wave of nostalgia for me! I stayed at the Khanda colony for a year back in college. I remember how I could hear WDM-2s throbbing away from far especially at night.

GTL WDM2 with a road number starting with 19???. Never seen any GTL Alco with a 19XXX road number.
