A lot of termini have 0/0 as the marking (eg. MSB, CSTM, MAS, HWH, CCG etc).

Ya I understand it would be 15 km from NCJ, was wondering why the KM marking was not started from CAPE, at least for symbolic purposes it would be nice to have CAPE as KM 0/0, no?
