This is as good as a heritage pic. This WAP4 is back with 2 seperate window grills. I had seen it at Odha two months back with Bareilly Ltt exp. It was an offlink that day. Due to camera getting damaged, neither a image nor a video could be uploaded.

Looking at the thumbnail I thought, Kamayani + grass = Nasik, but this is another location. Excellent picture.
