I do not think the loco is dirty. It is just that the paint job is pretty bad. Yes, it is a converted WAP-1 and they are gorgeous!

Saw 2 HWH WAP4s at IGP, which I am sure came in place of the regular SRC links. Wonder whats up with SRC WAP4s? Is the shed closing down with HWH locos taking over its links?

Laksh, just curious. Was this pic taken in 2003 or 2005? AFAIK, 22570 came out in Nov 2003. Then 22534 should be sometime early 2003 (or even 2002). Or is this a repainted loco after a POH?
