a latest WDP4?boggies will be replaced soon i guess.but what is that written on the hood?seems like Arabic!!

Those are conventional Co-Co bogies as seen on WDMx/WCAM1/WAMx/WAG5x?? aren't they??

WDP4/WDG4s have light-weight cast HTSC bogies.
