Looking at the handiwork of the guys at Siliguri, I remember an old hindi proverb.."Langoor ke haath mein Angoor"

They should have covered it with a weather box or somethin.. Not left in the open/ The front glass/lens has to be cleaned every 200km or so when it goes thru monsoon as dirt/soot/dust will collect as layer on the lens.

God damn you SGUJ!! Why did you do such a thing for a beautiful loco?

This is utter madness. I have seen the Baaz livery just once and that just once was enough to fire up my thoughts. Shame on IR to redisgn the livery of this loco

My god, terrible livery. So sad. Why did they redisgn this majestic loco. Feel so depressed! The old livery was the best on IR. The person who designed Baaz is none other than Sr. S. Dhasrathy, Member Mechanic. He had flaggedoff the loco on the last day of his job with IR.

The colour could have been a little lighter. Otherwise it is very good. It is fine to try out new colours. Let's wait and watch.
