@Abhishek: This is the standard livery for all WDM-3A locos rebuilt from WDM-2 at DMW Patiala, so you will probably see dozens of specimens in this colors all over India.

Spotted a same liveried loco in Mumbai yesterday which hauled TVC NZM Mangala Exp. The loco belonged to ERS, don't remember the road number
