The double vermillion stripes would make that a WAP-5 I guess, WAP-5 30032? Also, we had a fiery discussion recently about standard liveries? All three locomotives seen here are incidentally in their standard factory liveries.

A refreshing new livery nicely captured. Not sure how it would have looked if same livery was maintained on cab as well instead of keeping it all red.
