Deep, this is regularly seen wherein a single loco is not available for these operations, so any available loco or set is used to move wagons around in stations like these.

very difficult to make it out! the panto of the WAP-4 is up and if observe the pic carefully then u can noticea very thin vertical stream of smoke over the WDM-2 Jumbo. Observe It!!

This is the famous 16200 which was modified by Guntakal as their entry for the loco beauty contest. However, this loco has now been stripped of almost all its features like AC, rear view mirrors etc. and does duty mainly on inferior trains

Notice the livery of the footover bridge matches with the livery of the WDM-2!(Light Blue alongwith Dark Blue)
