This is the famous 16200 which was modified by Guntakal as their entry for the loco beauty contest. However, this loco has now been stripped of almost all its features like AC, rear view mirrors etc. and does duty mainly on inferior trains

I think, this is not new livery.Only special livery for beauty contest as reported by Praveen.
