Earlier it used to have the title "Pallava King", although it is not seen in this picture. This is given in Hughes (Vol 4). I had seen this name on the loco in 1967.

If you travel to Villupuram, you could see the MG rakes with motorman's cabs at a small station named Vikravandi.

I forgot to mention that this loco still has the stand to place the train board. This suggest that she was once used in Vagai / Pallavan twins

Perhaps it should be sent to the National Rail Museum-but it is unlikely to be looked after properly.
