Mohan: The signal should be one that is not in use. A peep into Google Maps shows the location as an almost straight line.

Chitrarth, it is not Panvel line. It is CST-Thane-Kalyan Slow track. Location is merging point of Slow and Fast lines post Parsik tunnel on Mumbra Creek.
