The 6529 is the Mumbai - Bangalore Udyam Express. So this train was southbound out of Mumbai. The time is around 10.30 hrs.

We climbed the catch siding first and then the rest of the mountain - not very tough but slippery in parts.

Wonderful slide...especially the hill,the tunnel with the catenary wire...and of course the WCG 2 coming out of the right tunnel...typical Western Ghat photograph !

How do you climb to the hill top for such pictures? Is there an approach road, or you have to trek up? What transport you take to get to the foothill?
