Normally these kind of alignment will connect 2 source places to 2 destination places. Thats why I got confused. BTW, is any accountable ghat section there to run UP & DOWN lines far from each other & not in parallel?

Colin these are the up and down lines connecting Jhansi and Gwalior. The line above is the Gwalior->Jhansi line (movement of trains being left to right of the pic). The line below is the Jhansi->Gwalior line( movement of trains going away from the photographer as seen here with the Garib Rath).

The WAP4 is 22571 of LGD.
