Puri seems to have sunk a bit to 5.080 m above MSL.
Have a look at this link: http://www.servekrishna.net/images/static/kurma/puristation.jpg
It shows Puri at 5.2 m above MSL.

Is it a practice to ascertain the MSL value of the rail at each platform at a station ? If so it could be possible that each platform has a different MSL value painted.

To Sandeep - S= 'Shunting' these are typically older or deficient WDM2s that are dedicated for shunting operations.

98152.. this number series is used for CC coaches. (15x are usually CC Coaches). 2A coaches come in yy0xx series. (yy = year of mfg). CC coaches would have "Second AC Chair Car" written on it.
