Why does the X class on NMR always run with the Tender Front mode. Is it for better visibility ?

@Krupa - The reason I believe is that the TTE in each coach also acts as a brakeman and all five apply/release brakes for their coach manually. This act of waving the green simultaneously is to signal that their job is done and the train can proceed.
