To Anamitra - the loco seems to retain its original horn - the short trumpet of which can be seen facing vertically downwards behind the headlamps. The loco's unique horn can be clearly seen in this picture - so probably it would sound different from the other vanilla locos.

Awesome. WAM1 if made fit for 110kph should be given to trains like Barbil Jan Shatabdi Express. It's just 9 coaches and whats wrong in giving WAM1.
