Bharat, All the half-a-dozen passenger (not goods) services I saw were lead by YDM4 locos. They are very much allowed into Keppel Road station.

I was under the impression that YDM4's weren't allowed into Keppel Rd Station because of pollution control norms?

It didn't look all that dirty to me. Could be because I was at the door :-) In any case, the Airtel ads on the exterior totally messed-up the view through the windows.

Vijay sir, the coach was so dirty. Pity such a poorly maintained coach was used on the train.. Note the mosquito replant on the next cabin!!
