Ramdev, which era are you talking about? The non-AC FC Chair Car was a common sight till the early 90s or so - after that, they simply disappeared. Today, you can count such trains using the fingers on one hand!

The car belongs to South Central Railway so this was/will be attached to Kakinada-Bhanvagar express or SC-Rajkot express?

Any 2A coach can accommodate 46 passengers and this one seems to be having 7 full bays and one half bay (with half bay occupied by linen cabinet etc) which is normal 2A coach design. What's new here that I am missing?

NFR has 5 or 6 ACC coaches running on all places over their MG network.
