If they wanted to give a choice of channels to the passengers, would it not be better to have TV screens on seat backs, as in airlines? The current setup looks bizarre.

we just have to get over the habit of over doing things, be it advertising or putting up monitors.

Instead of putting so many screens, they could have just put a nice 42" LCD screen at the front. Would have been a better experience!

Seriously looks like premium packaged cans of sardine!, good for a change but definitely not like this,something with less contrast and lighter colours which soothes the eye!! Looks like Asian paints donated a large stake of paint to ICF
