I had seen this photo first on Ankit's Flickr account where he called it the "Govinda Livery"!!! Very apt!! I still laugh when I think of it!!

Where do DHMUs have the powerplant? If it is in the third coach, there doesnt seem to be a part of the coach reserved for it.
