Driving Cockpit Rail Motor Car

What's that embedded in the panel - a car tape player? First for an IR vehicle?

Emergency flasher seems to be missing and the head-light also is the old incandescent type rather than twin-beam halogen.Could the coaches have been salvaged from an old Mumbai type EMU? This URL shows another image. Is it the same train? If so,note the CBC at the other end and again the absence of the Flasher light.

It looks rusted, hope it serves for its purpose when emergency occurs!

05-kabini-bridge

@ Milind - This track belong to Mysore - Chamarajanagar MG Section, which is defunct now. The line from the bridge to the nearby station, Sujathapuram is left, in view to convert this historical bridge into Rail Museum sort. @Jimmy - I would like the lone YDM4, rusting outside Mysore Station, be brought here and put on display.
