Do you know that the statue on top of the building in the center, was actually knocked down by a lightning strike in the mid-1970's? It was restored after a few years.

VT is huge ! Looks so mini in the night... Imagine how many lakhs of people pass this buliding on to the platforms and also from outside. If watched closely the left and the right part of the picture look a little on tilt.

Love it! What a majestic building! The blurred image of the double-decker bus adds to the charm. Though I wish it was the original blood-red color.

Thanks folks.@Karan - this is actually a shot stitched from 3 frames to get the perspective right. I took it from more or less the same spot that you mentioned. I had setup my tripod and was questioned by a cop. I had to show multiple ID cards to prove I was a harmless tourist!
