Even I wish the same:-). G-8(Our gang of eight) reached Haridwar by 4317 Indore-Dehradun Exp. running about 4 hours late on 26th January & we left HW by road on 27th afternoon.

Good observation .In another photo
http://www.irfca.org/gallery/openline/Up+_amp_+Abhove.JPG.html I could see acrow sitting peacefully on top of the building which is a great timing.
However I would have appreciated even more if full levation of vasco station would have been covered in frame

I think, there must not be enough space for loop lines so extra middle line is here in stn itself. So, t-outs are here.
