NNIf these are 'Shakthi' class WDG-3's there is a different liveried "Shakthi" as well. The livery will be that of Deep Red body with a great white streak in between, with "SHAKTHI" written in Blue. Is this a KJM loco? Isn't the KJM shed crest a solid blue circle with gold letters & design surrounded by twin yellow circles? Its not the prancing deer of ED shed either.
