Some more on the loco and the photo - The paint job and contour shaping of this loco was designed solely by Mr. Dasarathy. This is the last loco he officially flagged off before leaving railways. He named this loco "Baaz" to give it a more masculine name, than the regular feminine names. Note the superb angle and lighting in which he has taken the photo.

Sandeep and myself saw this loco in its strange livery at Erode with the Tea Garden, surprising us both by not getting detached but instead carried on toward Cochin.
