The rear loco obviously looks like a LKO WDM-2 due to it's blue/grey livery and the front one seems to be from Katni shed. Just a guess!

The Vijaywada-Vasco express normally crosses the Vasco-New Delhi Goa Express near Dudhsagar. The train in the background could be Goa Express.

The long hood leading preference for this loco may be for putting extra weight on the leading axle.
