This was the loco that had hauled the Goa Express on 12th October 2005 (dusshera) - and Naveen Jain was on that train that day.

Hi Rohith

Is this a twin loco set?I recall that you had uploaded a photograph some time ago of this combo but you had uploaded the non jumbo loco as well. I was once telling you about the heavily saturated color of the loco in that picture.

This must be the best looking Balide ever. Need to compare this loco with the ERS ones as ERS have put a fresh coat of paint on all the locos they received from ED.

it was more of a plastic (the flimsy type) sheet...but all i got was a glimpse thru the viefinder...the train was moving too fast, and i was still very sleepy when i took this . We had just started out for jalandhar, and my dad woke me up when he saw that the crossing was closed...and well, it just isn't like me to miss a train pictography chance:-)

The loco was earlier with KZJ, but at the time of accident it was with MLY. If u observe, the MLY logo is never painted on the hood, but a plate with the insignia is attached. This must have gotten ripped off due to the impact. Hence the MLY logo seems to be missing from the accident scene.
