As of now, it is. But not for long and the diesls are likely to hand over the link to electrics at brc as earlier. This is due to the long distance between each technical/commercial halts

I have seen this livery on BKSC (Bokaro Steel City) WDM-2's. May be this loco is from BKSC.

This is the Main Line between HWH and BWN via Bandel. I suspect that this picture is taken between Shaktigarh and BWN where there are quadruple lines and have the old style catenary. However, after BWN towards ASN, the catenary is "modern".
