I have pic of same loco taken in 2001 upgraded to 2P at that time but its BL end face had single beam headlight and without headlight cap....uploaded that pic on OL.

Wow. By and large, this was one of the best livery for WCAM1, according to me. Reminds me of those good days, when I used to frequent to ADI with my family.
